Anil Parasharami       

Anil Parasharami has more than 36 years of rich cross fertilized experience across myriad functions in TATA Motors. Anil is a “Lean” or “KAIZEN” specialist and applied Lean in India and abroad across number of sectors including automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, healthcare, etc. Anil has background of special 2 years training in Japan in Quality and manufacturing with hand-on experience of more than 20 years covering more than 2000 cross-functional teams for production system re-design, as well as breakthrough improvements in manufacturing processes. Anil is driven by securing the behavioral change, that needs to underpin a lean transformation to ensure its sustainability.
