Manish Khanolkar        

An alumnus of XLRI Manish has been in the field of Learning & Development for the past fourteen years. During this period, he has worked across the Manufacturing, Service and Consulting industries. He has worked in the HR department of companies like MakeMyTrip and Arvind.

A trainer by profession and a public speaker by passion he has consulted organizations like Pepsico, ITC, Interglobe Aviation, Godrej, VIP Industries, Alcatel Lucent and many others in areas of Leadership Development, Performance Management, Customer Service and, Values.

In his last role he was heading the Learning & Development at Arvind Group where he was responsible for the growth and development of five thousand employees across eleven divisions and four group companies. In this role he helped the group setup various development initiatives. He also managed the induction program for the graduate and management trainees. He was recognized as the top 100 HR professionals in India under 40 by Jombay.

He is a passionate toastmaster since the past five years, he has won numerous competitions in public speaking and has served Amdavad Toastmasters Club as a Treasurer, Vice President – Education & President. Currently Manish is the Area Director for Area A1 of District 98 at Toastmasters.

Manish is certified on psychometric tool PAPI (Personality & Preference Inventory) and is also a certified English Language trainer (CELTA) from Cambridge University. He has completed Train the Trainer certification from TMI (Time Manager International) and had been through Leadership Transformation Journey along with intensive military training at Bhonsala Military Academy.
