She is certified in facilitating leadership development programs based on models designed for deeper connection with self and to shift mind-sets and patterns of behaviour. She combines group coaching with traditional workshop sessions that can bring about behavioural transformation and focused action planning.
Her earlier industry experience in the IT sector includes working with organizations like Datamatics where she was involved in developing customized software solutions for global clients mostly from the Finance and Banking industry. Her responsibilities included Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Client Management and Project Management.
Coming from a work environment with its high-pressure deadlines and stringent quality standards has helped her create and design programs intended to build organizational climates that can help nurture leadership potential in every individual and among teams.
