Anant is a Manufacturing professional, with a rich work experience of over 32 years, spread over industries like Automotive, Construction and Paint Dispensing & Mixing Machines. His areas of specialization include all aspects of development, sustaining & improving various systems like Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma Lean Construction, QMS, EMS, OHS, Industry 4.0, Value Engineering.

Anant is Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has been recognized for System Implementation & problem solving throughout his career. He is also known for imparting training in APQP, PAPA, MSA, SPC & Control Plan. Since the beginning of his career, he has worked as DR or MR for the department or function for implementation of various ISO / TS Standards for Quality, Environment & OHS. He has good knowledge of its sustenance and improvement.

Starting as a Junior Engineer in Mahindra & Mahindra, Automotive Sector, he rose to become the Quality Head in Corob India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to that, he served as the Six Sigma Black Belt in Caterpillar India Ltd. for 1 year and then in Hindustan Construction Company as Lean Manager for 3 years.

Anant has knowledge of various manufacturing processes. He has knowledge of Bevel Gears Manufacturing and development in Gleason System. He also worked in Value Engineering and well acquainted with Zero base costing for the component. His team achieved Rs.3 Crore Savings in Two years while working in value engineering function for machining processes of the component.

Anant has knowledge of Lean in the Construction industry. Even though every construction project is unique, Lean can be implemented very effectively in all projects.

Anant strongly believes in the Power of Lean. He is of a firm view that wherever there is a process, Lean can be implemented, not only in profession but also in personal life. In every process there is always a scope to reduce or eliminate waste, variation and fatigue.
