With over 30 years of distinguished leadership in Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Transformation, Manish is a results-driven professional who has consistently delivered multi-million-dollar savings while elevating customer experience across Manufacturing, Projects, Service, and BPO sectors. Known for his holistic approach, Manish empowers organizations to excel by aligning processes, people, technology, and governance.
He has spearheaded enterprise-wide Quality systems, led high-impact initiatives in BPMS and Risk Management, and conducted business excellence assessments for top-tier companies. His leadership spans diverse, cross-cultural teams—both on-site and remote—managing large-scale operations with up to 800 resources across India.
Manish is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer from the Institute of Engineers (India), and a graduate of elite programs from Harvard and Cornell. A Six Sigma Black Belt certified by Honeywell, he is also trained in Life Coaching from Certified Coaches Alliance, Design Thinking (MIT Sloan), and Digital Transformation.
From starting as a HOD Quality and MR in valves manufacturing and automation to holding leadership roles at Tata Honeywell, WNS, IBM Daksh, and most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Quality at Exela Technologies, Manish has a proven track record of driving operational excellence. There, he led global process quality, customer SLA governance, tech transitions, and productivity initiatives across operations.
