Neha Aminbhavi

Neha Aminbhavi is a highly experienced professional with a graduate degree in commerce and a master’s degree in human resources from Pune University.
With overall 15 years of experience in HR and Admin, Neha has honed her skills across various facets of organizational management.
She started her career with SKF India Ltd where she handled L&D Activities, Training Administration, SKF Center for Learning Facility Management, Implementation of 5S & Recruitment. Later, she moved to an MSME Organization as an HR Manager where she was responsible for Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Campus Recruitment and Employee Engagement.
For the past 7 years, she has been a key member of Leap2Excel, serving as a Network Resource Manager. As a central resource of the organisation, she supports all the verticals.
Her role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities. She is responsible for client onboarding and engagement throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that clients are well-supported from initiation to completion. She plays a key role in administrative coordination between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
As the operational finance lead, Neha manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, and statutory compliances. She oversees invoicing clients according to project milestones, ensuring timely AR collections.
Neha actively supports training content creation, digital media engagement, focusing on creating and delivering innovative content across various platforms.
She also works as an Administrator for Assessment & Development Center (AC-DC)
